First, the participant prepares a simple commercial offer for a B2B client, and then tackles a complex RFP: the main document, forms, technical appendices, a pricing table, amendments and the buyer’s responses. Each stage ends with a concrete artifact that can be used in a real bid process. The participant will see full examples of weak and improved prompts, extractions, compliance tables, responses and reviewers’ comments. Particular emphasis is placed on source traceability, the prohibition on inventing references, parameters and certificates, detecting contradictions, and dividing responsibility between AI, the bid manager, the subject-matter expert, the lawyer and the proposal owner. The program reflects the current direction of development in the proposal management industry: using AI to fix the workflow, preparing proposals that are also machine-evaluated, and controlling confabulation through work on approved sources, measurable criteria and human oversight.
